定義
- 決定意義是創造知覺分享的機會而使我們可以共同得到我們所想要的以及什麼時候我們想要的對我們是最好的。在決定意義上與共同思考上，對話扮演最關鍵的角色。對話的意義是「尋求一個成熟的理解與調合。」對話也被視為最基本的團隊學習，所以成們可以用它去預設以及進入真正的「共同思考」中
(Yankelovich, 1999, p.14)。
